What shuttle services does Adobe Transfers offer?

Adobe Transfers provides country wide private transportation services, offering guests a stress free, safe and convenient way to travel throughout Costa Rica. For private shuttle services, you will not share the vehicle with any other groups. Adobe Transfers can also offer personalized van + driver services and full itinerary transport services.

What is Adobe Transfers' vehicle capacity?

Adobe Transfers uses air conditioned vehicles that hold up to 8 passengers plus luggage. Luggage is always placed inside the vehicle. All units are two years old or younger. Read about Adobe Transfers' fleet.

Can Adobe Transfers pick up and drop off at San Jose and Liberia (Guanacaste) International Airport?

Yes, the Adobe Transfers driver will wait for you directly at San Jose and Guanacaste International Airports. They will be waiting for you outside the airport exit, holding a sign with your name on it. Please look for the Adobe Transfers agent after you complete immigration and customs and exit the airport. We will require your flight information.

Adobe Transfers also offers direct domestic airport pick ups and drop offs. 

Can Adobe Transfers Stop along the drive?

Yes, Adobe Transfers allows one stop along the way for the bathroom, food, supermarket, photos or other services free of charge. If you wish to stop for a tour or activity, there will be an additional charge and we will send you a quote for the transfer and the drivers waiting time.

Are there any other taxes or fees?

No. All quotes include taxes, fees, tolls and any other fees. There are no hidden costs with Adobe Transfers.

How can I change or cancel my reservation?

What is Adobe Transfers' cancellation policy?

Adobe Transfers' cancellation policy is 100% refund if service is cancelled in more than 24 hours of scheduled pick up time. If cancelled in less than 24 hours, it is a 100% penalty fee. No shows and cancellations the day of are have a 100% penalty fee. All cancellations and changes must be written via email to Adobe Transfers to be taken in effect.

Does Adobe Transfers Provide Child seats?

Yes, Adobe Transfers offers baby and booster seats. We will need to know the age and weight of each child. By law, Costa Rica requires children under 12 to use car seats. Adobe Transfers does not offer infant seats (for 1 year and less) so you will need to bring your own infant seats.

Is Adobe Transfers pet friendly?

Yes, Adobe Transfers is pet friendly! We welcome you and your furry family members in our vehicles. We will need to know the type of pet, how many and the size. Read more about Adobe Transfers pet friendly shuttle service.

Does the service have to be prepaid?

Yes, Adobe Transfers requires all services to be prepaid in full via credit or debit card and we do not accept cash payments.  All prices are quoted in USD and can be charged in USD or Costa Rican colones.
